Dylan has over 10 years experience in professional services. Having grown up in a family of Chartered Accountants, he spent many of his teenage years working in the firm. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce, Dylan spent years working in Public Practice Accounting, before leaving to gain corporate experience. After finishing a stint as a Financial Controller, Dylan returned to the Gold Coast and founded the CDG Corporate Group.

Since then, Dylan has obtained a few additional qualifications, as well as being recognised as a Fellow with the Tax Institute of Australia.

After focussing on construction and project based accounting, realty was a natural progression. Coupled with a very keen interest in the South-East Queensland residential and commercial property market, the skillset and experience that Dylan offers clients is unique. Dylan has a natural interest in numbers, which allows vendors to see the full picture, all the time.

Dylan remains actively involved in many industries, and when time permits, loves to spend time with his daughter, or when energy permits, playing tennis and golf!
